About the role:

You will lead product implementations, enhancements, and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. This role requires close collaboration with IT teams, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive product growth and operational efficiency.

As part of a dedicated team, you will focus on innovation, performance improvement, and timely execution of acquiring product initiatives.

What you will do:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of acquiring product development projects from concept to launch
• Coordinate and manage projects with internal teams, developers, processors, and external partners
• Research new product and acquiring opportunities through market research and competitive analysis
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure on-time delivery
• Facilitate communication across partners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Maintain clear and comprehensive project documentation

What we expect from you:

• Proven experience managing product development projects in fintech or payments (acquiring experience is a plus)
• Strong skills in market research and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication and a results-driven mindset
• Product-oriented with a practical, solution-focused approach
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends
• Advanced English proficiency (Russian is a plus)
• A proactive drive to identify and pursue new product opportunities
