About the role:

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Executive who’s hungry to learn, curious about fintech, and excited to make an impact. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth — researching potential clients, finding the right people to talk to, and opening doors to new opportunities. This isn’t a senior role — it’s a launchpad. If you’re organized, ambitious, and not afraid of a little hustle, you’ll fit right in.

What you will do:

• Research and identify potential clients in key industries (e-commerce, financial services, low to high-risk sectors, etc.)
• Build and organize lead lists using Google, LinkedIn, Excel, and Snov.io
• Reach out to prospects through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and calls
• Support demo calls and help prepare commercial offers
• Learn how to pitch and sell payment accounts, card acquiring, and issuing solutions
• Work closely with senior team members and learn proven B2B sales strategies
• Keep your pipeline clean, updated, and moving forward

What we expect from you:

• Ambition over experience — we value motivation and curiosity more than a long CV
• Strong organizational skills — you enjoy digging, researching, and finding the right contact
• Great communication and English skills (extra languages = bonus!)
• Comfortable using tools like Excel, LinkedIn, and Snov.io (or eager to learn fast)
• A proactive, results-driven mindset — you like challenges and want to win
• Previous sales or lead generation experience is great, but not required
