About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Specialist to join our Reconciliation and Reporting Division. In this role, you will support daily reconciliation, reporting, and chargeback-related activities, ensure the accuracy and completeness of data, and contribute to the timely identification and resolution of discrepancies in close cooperation with internal teams.

What you will do

• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile internal and external reports 

• Support basic acquiring and issuing chargeback processing 

• Enter, monitor, and control data in accounting and operational systems 

• Work with multiple systems and understand their interdependencies 

• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies and errors 

• Collaborate with internal teams and support process improvements 
  

What we expect from you

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and sense of responsibility 

• Ability to organize work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines 

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure 

• Experience working with data, reconciliations, or identifying discrepancies 

• Good MS Excel skills (e.g. formulas, filters, pivot tables) and MS Word 

• Ability to work with multiple systems and understand data dependencies 

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team 

• Good command of written and spoken English 

• Experience in the financial sector and/or education in finance is an advantage
