About the role:

As a Compliance Officer, you will be an integral part of our Compliance Department, on its mission in ensuring that the Company operates in line with Lithuanian and EU regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to grow within a regulated financial services environment and build a solid career in compliance. 

What you will do:

• Assisting in the drafting, implementation and maintenance of the internal compliance framework, policies and procedures; 

• Monitoring regulatory developments, preparing summaries and assisting in the implementation planning; 

• Supporting coordination and documentation of the Company’s regulatory obligations; 

• Participating in the new product / service development review from a compliance standpoint; 

• Contributing to the design and rollout of internal compliance-related trainings and awareness activities; 

• Acting as a point of contact for employees on compliance-related queries.
  

What we expect from you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance role within EMI, payment, banking, or financial services sector; 

• Understanding of EU and Lithuanian regulatory frameworks applicable to electronic money institutions; 

• Ability to interpret legal and regulatory text and apply them to business operations; 

• Sound organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to follow processes; 

• Fluent in English and Lithuanian (knowledge of other EU language would be an additional asset).
